For the information that is collected by our ticket supplier Tix. Please see the Tix Privacy Policy. Bragg Creek Performing Arts has access to the information collected by Tix. Bragg Creek Performing Arts will use the information collected by Tix in the following manner:

1. We will use your name and e-mail address to send you our newsletter, unless you indicate otherwise on the Tix site. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
2. We may use your name, phone number and/or e-mail address to contact you in the unlikely situation where our events or performers change. (Our venue did burn down in 1998)

5. Bragg Creek Performing Arts has no access to credit card information supplied by you through Tix.
