2010 - 2011 Online Ticket Sales

We are pleased to provide online ticket sales through . You can now use your or to buy Bragg Creek Performing Arts tickets. If you want more details on our new ticket system and provider click here.

Terms and Conditions

Ticket prices are for event admission at the event times only. Doors open at 7 p.m. for Main Series performances and at 6:30 p.m. for Spotlight Series performances. Performances start at 8 p.m. for both Main and Spotlight Series. If there is an opening act, we may start earlier. In these case we will try to update the web site with that information. Performances consist of two sets of about 45 minutes each by the headline performer, with a intermission between sets.

Tickets are not refundable.

All ticket prices are in Canadian Dollars.

All performances are at Bragg Creek Centre, 23 White Ave., Bragg Creek, AB  T0L 0K0

We do not charge service fees for ticket purchases on 403-949-4114, on 403-949-4277, at Bragg Creek Center, at Spirits West or through this website. A service fee of $3.50US per ticket will be charged if you somehow manage to use the Tix phone order system.

All Main Series seating is General Admission. Seating for Spotlight Series is General Admission, but we arrange seating at the available tables, which change for each performance. You can contact us for Spotlight Series seating requests at our ticket line 403-949-4114.

Unused tickets are the responsibility of the patron, not the presenter (Bragg Creek Performing Arts)

When using our online ticket system, at any time until you confirm payment, you can cancel individual line items or the entire order.

We will no longer mail tickets for online purchases. We ask that customers purchasing tickets online, print their tickets and bring them to the performance. You can print the tickets immediately after payment confirmation or print the tickets from the ticket purchase confirmation email.

For tickets purchased online, you can sign into Tix and reprint tickets. Ticket bar codes will be scanned at the door to avoid duplicate ticket usage. Tix will also send you an email with a link to your tickets.

Children 5 years and under are admitted free to all Main Series shows

Meals and beverages are NOT included in the ticket prices. Beverages are available for purchase at Main and Spotlight shows, a meal is available for purchase at Spotlight shows.

Online tickets will be available until a show is sold out or until 2 hours prior to the performance.

Individual Performance Tickets are now available

Buying tickets online via Tix is easy. It's probably easier to try than to read these instructions.

To buy tickets via the Tix system:

1. Click the Buy Tickets button on the any of the available pages
2. You will be transferred to a Tix.com secure shopping cart where you can change the number of tickets you want or remove the item from your cart or cancel the entire transaction at any time.
3. You can use the Tix.com system to purchase tickets for other events.
4. When you have finished selecting the tickets you want, click the Checkout button.
5. When you click Checkout, you will be asked to sign in to the Tix system. If you have have created an account, you can sign in. If you don't have an account, click the 'No, I am a new customer button' then click Continue.
6. New customers will be asked for name, address, phone number and email address. The name and address are required for credit card comparison. The phone number and email are required for contacting you in case of performance or venue problems.
7. After you've verified your order, the Tix system will ask for your credit card information. Tix will then ask you to verify that all the information is correct and that you want to continue with the transaction. 
8. When you confirm the transaction, it will be encrypted again and sent to the BeanStream/TD system for processing. Note: For online transactions, Bragg Creek Performing Arts never captures or sees credit card information. All transactions with Tix are done over a secure connection. Tix takes your credit card information, encrypts it and sends it to BeanStream/TD. Tix does not retain credit card information. Every time you purchase tickets, you have to re-enter your credit card number and expiry date. All card information is exchanged only with BeanStream/TD.
9. When the transaction is complete, you will get a window that asks you to print your tickets. You can print your tickets to any inkjet or laser printer.
10. If you need to reprint your tickets, you can sign into Tix and reprint at any time.
11. Tix will also send you an email with a verification of your purchase and a link to print your tickets if you have not already done so.
